I added this image to the page on Sonia Sotomayor in the section that discusses her memoir, and it was removed by someone who wrote that there's a policy against using book covers in biographies of living persons. I looked through all the relevant policies I could find, but did not see this mentioned (including the webpage discussing BLPs). Wikipedia:Non-free content: "Cover art: Cover art from various items, for visual identification only in the context of critical commentary of that item (not for identification without critical commentary)". There is no critical commentary, just regular commentary. The definition of critical should be clarified or changed.
