Possibly the wrong building edit
I believe that the building in this picture has been mistakenly identified as the Maintenance Shop listed on the National Register. Below is the description from the NR nomination form:
The Maintenance Shop is a rectangular, one-story building of wood construction and measures 50 feet wide by 300 feet long. The wood frame walls are supported on a concrete foundation and are sheathed with wood shiplap siding. The main body of the building is covered with a gable roof with asphalt shingles. An intersecting gable roofed addition extends from the north wall at about the center of the building. Its walls are sheathed with corrugated metal.
The building in this image is square, appears to be less than 300' in length, and constructed of blocks rather than wood and corrugated metal. A review of historical aerial footage of the area shows a building matching the description existed in 1997 but was gone by 2003 (the next available year of aerial photos) leading me to believe that the original structure was demolished and replaced by a smaller modern structure in the intervening period.
