Help with license and adding file to Commons

Can editors here help me with this Maximus logo? I see that a flag got added to this page about the licensing, but I believe that the license information shown is correct. Is there anything that needs to be changed? As well, I’d like to include the logo on the Maximus Wikidata entry and it looks like the logo would need to be hosted on Wikimedia Commons for that. What’s the best way to add the file to Commons? If I understand right, the licensing would allow that. Thanks for your help! HSMaximus (talk) 16:10, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
