A Property you repossessed over a year ago.

I am very interested in aproperty you repossessed, over 12 months ago,I have enquired 3 times, over the last 12 months, I have been told politely on each occasion, to wait for a for sale sign going up or continue checking on your move, if you could give me an idea what's happening with the property, I would very much appreciate it.The property address is 177 Marshall lake Road, Shirley, Solihull B90.
