Strong objection to the accompanying map edit
The accompanying map uses blue/purple for members of the CoD and red for so-called "like-minded" group. the only problem is almost all the countries in the red group are anti-democratic with the the excemption of Sri-Lanka and the semi-exception of Malaysia and Indonesia (both flawed democracies). This needs to be corrected to give this article a semblance of authority.
Best way to do this is to have only one colour - blue - for members.

French Guiana edit
