Hi, the voltages labeled on the resistors do not have a plus or minus to indicate polarity. Also, in the way you wrote the caption, it would appear that v1 + v2 + v3 -v4 =0 would be the proper KVL, assuming v1 = va-vb, v2= vb-vc, and v3 = vc-vd. Alhead (talk) 15:57, 28 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
