Fair Use on Additional Page edit
Would the usage of this image on the page 1978 Bolivian general election be justified as Fair Use under the explanation that the usage of the photograph is necessary to present the winner of a national election. Pereda won the 1978 election and it would be weird if his face appeared nowhere on the article. Krisgabwoosh (talk) 15:33, 22 January 2021 (UTC)
