License requires attribution edit

I changed the license specified on this photograph because I believe there has been a misunderstanding. The original license applied claimed that it was in the public domain because the photograph was released by the FBI under a FOIA request. On looking more closely at the source website, http://jonestown.sdsu.edu/AboutJonestown/Gallery/gallery.htm, I saw that only Gallery One consists of "photos recovered by the FBI." This photograph came from Gallery Three, "Moore Family Photos", which are not necessarily in the public domain.

The main gallery site says:

You may download, print, or publish any of the photos you like. Please credit "the jonestown report" if you use any photos.

I believe that the {{attribution}} license most closely covers this situation, so that is what I have used here. Tim Pierce 03:45, 18 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
