According to the discription at the jpg you cite, the figure in the red kimono in the left panel is Emperor Go-Momozono. —teb728 t c 09:51, 20 August 2011 (UTC)

Well, that's exactly what I've written. The little detail is, that the person represented in THIS file hat a green kimono and is called emperor Komei. Hence my comment here since I don't know how you deal wit pictures on Wikipedia myself. --Dia^ (talk) 17:07, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
