As has been noted over 7 years ago on the Commons discussion page, Novaya Zemlya and Franz Josef Land are part of Arkhangelsk Oblast (29) and not Nenets Autonomous Okrug (83). It should be fixed, so if you can, please do it. 77.70.30.216 (talk) 03:03, 4 February 2014 (UTC)
