Non-free reduce tagged edit
This article has now been tagged twice for being reduced as "non-free". This image was already reduced prior to initial upload, to the absolute minimum size at which the sign's text can be made out. Twice I have indicated in the edit summary "if it was reduced any further the text could not be read, rendering the image of no encyclopedic value." - Ahunt (talk) 22:09, 21 March 2017 (UTC)
