Why is this nancy boy dressed up like Doctor Giggles? Is he afraid of the light germs or something?
I'd hazard a guess and say that he doesn't want to contaminate the world's largest diffraction grating. I suppose that thing'd cost a lot of money and is meant to be very very accurate.
