Looking at the file's history it seems the months were always in French (and created by a French speaking Wikipedian). But be that as it may files in Commons are not only for the English Wikipedia but for Wikipedias in other languages as well. So the proper approach is here to check first whether the file is used in some other wikipedias as well and in doubt simply upload a new separate file (be that a completely new one or a modification of an older one).--Kmhkmh (talk) 05:25, 21 May 2016 (UTC)
