This graphic was created by the submitter in order to blame Bush for an additional 1 Trillion in spending that didnt occur. The budget deficit in 2008 was ~135bil not the 400+ bil that he claims. In fact I think if you were to add up all of his supposed "off book" spending it would actually be the 400+ bil that he claims was the budget deficit. He even states in the comments of the graphic that he made it up entirely by himself. Can I make up one about obama and get it posted on here?
