I second that. The official language of Québec is French. Comma is the official decimal separator. Period is not used. Grouping is done using spaces. Matju2 (talk) 02:51, 5 March 2011 (UTC)

What about Mongolia?

Switzerland / Liechtenstein

Southern Africa

As pointed out in the table, Namibia uses decimal commas. I've seen this in Namibian newspapers. I strongly doubt that Lesotho doesn't follow the same usage as South Africa. I suspect Swaziland also follows South African usage. It's probably worth checking Zambian and Zimbabwean usage too, as both are strongly influenced by the South African media.
