Copyright status

I am unsure about the copyright status, on this page[1] it says:

All images Copyright © 1998 Philipp Salzgeber, unless otherwise noticed. All rights reserved. No form of reproduction is authorized unless accompanied by a written agreement of the Author.

However, as the uploader points out on the bottom of this page[2] it says:

This work is licensed under a Creative Commons License.

But above that on the same page it says:

All images © Philipp Salzgeber

I think this needs to be cleared up as the CC license could apply to the text of the page and not the images. HighInBC 17:02, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

sorry about the conflicting statements. The astrophotos on my website
are licensed under a Creative Common License. The old copyright
statement is a sign for a lack of a complete workover of my website.

I will remove the old statements when I find the time.
