Missing raindrops

I used inkscape to import the original pdf and extract the image. There were raindrops in the original image, but they don't seem to come through in inkscape. When I view the original image in Chrome, I see the raindrops, but not in Preview on macOS. If anyone can add them back, that would be great. I assume they're in the svg, maybe just invisible somehow. Onlynone (talk) 20:06, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
