Dispute of non-free rationale

This file perfectly meets the non-free rationale. The image shows Taylor at her graduation as an EMT which is mentioned in the article. There are no free substitutes for an image of Taylor. The justification give for the challenge is "Press photo agencies such as AP or Getty Images are not allowed on Wikipedia." This a misguided understanding of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines on non-free image use.
