I don't think the illustration matches the subject

I believe this illustration is Bradbury Cilley (1798-1874), the nephew of Bradbury Cilley (1760-1831). The clothes and facial hair pretty clearly date to the 1860s or 1870s. If I'm right, I think the misidentification, plus the poor quality, make it a candidate for removal.
