Deutsch: Zeichen 358: Erste Hilfe; Quelle: Bundesgesetzblatt, Jahrgang 1970, Nr. 108, S. 1598. Tag der Ausgabe: Bonn, 5. Dezember 1970. Wie im Verkehrsblatt, Heft 24, 1976, S. 782, vorgeschrieben, war das Zeichen insgesamt 500 mm breit und 750 mm hoch. Die Lichtkantenbreite betrug 10 mm, der Ausrundungshalbmesser 40 mm. Der weiße Kasten für das Sinnbild „Rotes Kreuz“ war 300 mm breit und 300 mm hoch. Der Abstand vom äußeren Rand zum weißen Kasten betrug links, rechts und oben 100 mm. Das gleichschenklige Rote Kreuz war 270 mm hoch und 270 mm breit und saß mittig in dem weißen Kasten.
