Pamięci więźniów Politycznych w tym żołnierzy Armii Krajowej pomordowanych w latach 1945-1956 na terenie Wyścigów Konnych na Służewcu. Zginęli za nepodległą Polskę żołnierze pułku AK >Baszta< Władze i Społeczeństwo Ursynowa i Mokotowa Wrzesień 2001 R.
In memoriam; The political prisoners, including soldiers of the Home Army, murdered in the years 1945 - 1956 on the grounds of the Race Course in Sluzew. They died for an independent Poland from the soldiers of the >Baszta< regiment, the council and people of Ursynow and Mokotów\b; September 2001.

Monuments such as this, to members of the Baszta unit which fought in the Warsaw Uprising and were killed by communist security forces have only recently been put in place due to the suppression of information related to the Uprising about the under the Soviet controlled communist government.
