This is a heritage building on Main Street in Moose Jaw. It was described in 1924 by legislative librarian John Hawkes as the first fireproof structure built in Moose Jaw, made with reinforced concrete. It replaced the original Moose Jaw Times newspaper building, destroyed by fire in 1911.
