Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This file will be used to illustrate the subject of the article as it is the official logo, and will be used to show reader's they've reached the correct page. The organization is already non-commercial, and there is nothing uploaded to Wiki which already represents the subject in question.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo.
Other information	Because this is a Public, educational, and government access (PEG) channel, I'm unsure if the logo may fall under any kind of public domain.
