Description
English: Vitamin K epoxide reductase (VKOR) is an enzyme (EC 1.17.4.4 / 1.17.4.5) that reduces vitamin K. The reaction is:
2 reduced L-cysteine residues + vitamin K1 2,3-epoxide = phylloquinone (Vitamine K1) + disulfide bond + H2O

Dithiothreitol is used as a shorthand for L-cysteine residues.
