Summary

Description
English: This map indicates EU-27 member states that developed constitutional identity jurisprudence. It is based on a systemization proposed by Luke Dimitrios Spieker in the article „Framing and managing constitutional identity conflicts: how to stabilize the modus vivendi between the Court of Justice and national constitutional courts”, Common Market Law Review 57: 361–398, 2020. The map covers four categories related to the scope of limitation derived from constitutional identity doctrine: absolute (in red), relative (in blue) and mixed (in light red and light blue)
