Description
English: Upright stones at the eastern end of the largest of the Hengwm Cairns These are part of the southernmost of two extensive neolithic burial chambers, known as Carneddau Hengwm, found on this site. The 18thC traveller, Thomas Pennant writes of a third chamber, but all evidence of this has now disappeared.
