This photograph is of my Grandfather, William Seach, who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his conduct during the Boxer Rebellion. This is a later photograph taken when he was an officer in the U.S.N. At the time of the Boxer Rebellion he was an Ordinary Seaman. He was born in London, England May 23, 1880 and was 20 years old when his bravery resulted in the Medal of Honor being awarded. He is buried in Arlington Cemetery.
