Fair use rationale for Vislor Turlough edit
Though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I (Wolf of Fenric (Wolf of Fenric (talk) 05:12, 12 February 2008 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
- The image is being used to identify Vislor Turlough, a fictional character from the television series Doctor Who;
- No free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
Licensing edit
This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.
