Description
English: Growth form of Florida torreya when planted in full sun (Ohio). This is one of 4 torreyas (2 male and 2 female) that Fred Bess (in photo at right) planted in his front yard in Cleveland, Ohio. Here in October 2018, the founder of Torreya Guardians, Connie Barlow, visits Fred Bess and his torreya grove the first year in which both female trees produced a lot of fruit.
