Description
English: Marble monument to 3 Royal Navy captains, William Bayne, William Blair & Lord Robert Manners, who each died in action in 1782. The monument consists of relief panels of the three men, with figures of Britannia, Neptune & Fame with lion & seahorse figures. Located in the north transept of Westminster Abbey, the sculpture is by Joseph Nollekens, dated 1793.
