Summary

Description
English: This Roti (also called Chapati) is prepared with wheat floor. After preparing circular shape with hands or 'Belan', it is first baked on Tava, and when it is hard enough to be picked with clip (chimta), then it is directly baked on fire flames. The specialty of the roti in picture is that it has not flatten even after cooling.
