En síntesis, es un plato Sillpancho, dentro de un pan tortilla. Ésta innovación culinaria fue popularizada por los años 90's y debido a la alta concentración calorica es consumida por la clase trabajadora durante el día y por la población bohemia en el horario nocturno, hasta la madrugada, dichos comensales fueron quienes con creatividad bautizaron al sándwich colosal como Trancapecho. #WGBolivianaEnglish: A magnificent representation of the Cochabambino gastronomic impetus made into a sandwich, it has: white rice, a large diameter piece of breaded beef, boiled and later fried Andean potato slices, fried egg, tomato bramble, onion and locoto chopped into millimeter cubes.
