The Sturmpanzer was designed for urban infantry support, using the chassis of the Panzer IV medium tank. They first saw combat at Kursk, and served until the end of the war.
One of only four Sturmpanzers to survive, this example has recently been repainted into an accurate colour scheme and markings. It is on display in Hall 10 of the Patriot Museum Complex.
