Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The photo was used freely during the subject's lifetime, and I never heard her object to its use. She often gave it to anyone who wanted to write about her. I don't believe she left any heirs who would profit from the use of this image.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: May 24, 2014 Promotional photo from Stormé DeLarverie's time with the Jewel Box Revue. Widely circulated in advertisements since the 1950s, then on flyers in the 1970s, now on the Internet. Photographer unknown. You can briefly see a copy of it in her trunk of photos in Michelle Parkerson's documentary.
