Dalam lukisan ini tergambar 14 bergada, dimana sekarang tinggal 10 saja (sebagian info mengatakan tinggal 12). Jadi ada 2 atau 4 bergada yang sudah ditiadakan. Menurut cerita sejak Raffles menguasai Jogja, maka kekuatan pasukan kraton dikurangi secara signifikan, termasuk memecah belah Jogja dengan mendirikan dukeness/kadipaten Pakualam yang berprajurit juga.
