This image is an example of a spatial working memory task used in the 1996 study by Owen, Evans and Petrides. Section A represents the presentation trials, in which three circle stimuli were presented separately one after another. Section B represents the test trial after the delay period. A correct performance would be selecting the three circles with the blue stars located directly above them. |
