English: Philoctetes washes his feet after having been bitten by a snake. Silver cup made in Capua, south Italy, in the early 1st century AD. Found in 1920 in the grave of a ca. 30-year-old man in Hoby, Lolland, Denmark.
Français : Philoctète se fait laver après avoir été mordu à la jambe par un serpent. Skyphos en argent réalisé à Capoue, en Italie du sud, aux débuts de notre ère. Découvert en 1920 dans la tombe d'un homme de 30 ans environ à Hoby, dans l'île de Lolland au Danemark.
