JAKARTA, Media Kejari Jaksel-Wakil Ketua KPK Busyro Muqoddas mengaku kecewa terhadap putusan Majelis Hakim Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta terhadap terdakwa Angelina Sondakh. Busyro menilai putusan hakim itu tidak berdasar argumen hukum yang benar.

"Putusan hakim yang ringan apalagi bebas tanpa argumen hukum yang benar semakin menegaskan adanya cacat yuridis metodologis dalam memaknai fakta," ujarnya di Gedung KPK, Jakarta, Jumat (11/1).

JAKARTA, Media Kejari Jaksel-Vice Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Busyro Muqoddas admitted that he was disappointed with the decision of the Jakarta Corruption Court against the defendant Angelina Sondakh. Busyro assessed that the judge's decision was not based on valid legal arguments.

"The judge's decision, which is light, let alone acquittal, without valid legal arguments, further confirms the existence of a methodological juridical flaw in interpreting facts," he said at the KPK Building, Jakarta, Friday (11/1).
