I sent this email to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org on 9/2/15:

Please note: these files below were incorrectly deleted TWO years ago after I uploaded them. They were given proper Creative Commons attributes by the copyright owner, Sharon Louden, and should never have been deleted in the first place. I am just now realizing that they were deleted incorrectly. Please DO NOT delete these files again as Sharon Louden is the copyright holder (see her email to me yesterday confirming this fact). I have renamed the files accordingly and applied the proper CC attributes upon uploading and am now writing you to ensure that they are not deleted again.

Thank you.
