Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I will only be using this photograph in the info box on the article for Leonard Lake, and nowhere else. The photograph will just be used to illustrate what the serial killer looked like.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This photograph has long since been profitable. The person photographed has been deceased for over 28 years and although the photo may still be used in books on serial killers or this killer in particular, I don't believe that having this photograph on Wikipedia will in any way compete with the photographer's use of the photograph for financial gain.
