English: A panorama taken from Sommocolonia, a small hillside village which belongs to the town of Barga in the region of Garfagnana, Tuscany, Italy. The image shows the valley of the Serchio river with the Apuan Alps in the background. In the center Barga can be seen and at the feet of the Apuan Alps one can make out Gallicano. The tallest visible mountain, at the right, its summit partly obscured by clouds, is Pania Secca. |
