Description

Die Siegerfahne für Vereine innerhalb der SV. Wer die besten Ergebnisse anhand der Anzahl und Wettkampf erzielte. Innerhalb des DDR-Bezirkes Dresden. Es war eine Wanderfahne. Die Fahne ist ab der Wiedervereinigung entsorgt worden und wurde auf dem Flohmarkt entdeckt. Es gab auch eine die Sieger im Wettbewerb hieß, für die Bezirksorganisationen und nicht nur innerhalb dieser. Also Die Bezirksorganisationen der SV Dynamo konnten auch eine Wanderfahne gewinnen als beste Bezirksorganisation innerhalb der SV Dynamo.
