Fair use for Royal Observer Corps edit

I, Endrick Shellycoat, feel this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it illustrates one of only two Defensively Equipped Merchant Ships lost through enemy action in 1944 during Operation Overlord which resulted in the loss of life of ROC personnel. (OBS Salter, W.J.).

3. the image is only being used for educational and informational purposes.
