日本語: 大日本名将鑑六孫王経基。源経基(六孫王)が御所の貞観殿にどこからともなく現れた鹿を射止めたという『前太平記』に出てくる話を描いたもの。詞言に「貞純親王の子で清和源氏の始祖。鎮守府将軍に任じられ、六孫王と呼ばれた。平将門、藤原純友の乱鎮圧に功をあげる弓馬の譽れを高めた。天暦九年、石清水八幡宮に収められた兵法の秘書を見て知謀はますます加わり、武名はいちだんと輝き、源家の統領となる。天徳二年死去。禁中に現れた怪しい鹿を一射にて仕留めた図」とある
English: Dai Nihon Meisho Kan Rokuson Wang Tsunemoto. It depicts the story in "Previous Taiheiki" that MINAMOTO no Tsunemoto (Rokuson King) shot a deer that appeared out of nowhere in the Jogan-den of the Imperial Palace. In the words, "A child of Imperial Prince Sadazumi and the founder of Seiwa Genji. He was appointed as the Chinju-fu Shogun & was called the Sixth Son King. Taira Masakado raised the honor of a bow & horse who contributed to the suppression of the rebellion of FUJIWARA no Sumitomo. In the 9th year of the Tenryaku era, when he saw the secretary of the art of warfare held in Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine, his wisdom became more and more, & his name shined, & he became the president of the Genke. He died in the second year of Tentoku. A figure that killed a suspicious deer that appeared in the forbidden place with a single shot."
