English: Based on Surface rendering of the cryo electron tomography structure of the dimer of the retromer heterotrimer on the tubular endosome membrane. The dimer forms a characteristic arch with VPS26, which interacts with the SORL1 cargo receptor in green at the base, VPS35 in orange as the central scaffold, and VPS 29 in red at the top. Structure determined by Brett Collins and coworkers. Created from PDB file 6H7W.
