中文：泉州开元寺西塔“仁寿塔”，石构五层。五代梁贞明三年（917年）建成，原为木塔。宋政和四年（1114年）赐名“仁寿塔”，两次灾毁，改为砖塔，后易砖为石，嘉熙元年（1237年）先于东塔十年造成。 塔身每层每面镶嵌有浮雕，象征西方极乐世界，雕刻有金刚神将和罗汉、高僧、菩萨、童子，还有梁武帝、昭明太子，以及神话故事中猴行者等浮雕像。 |
