Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschütztes Geschäftshaus, Reichsstraße 2, Grimmaische Straße 9/11, Leipzig Die Immobilie wurde vom Berliner Architekten Albert Bohm (1853-1933) im Auftrag des Leipziger Unternehmers Richard Pudor (1875-1950) von 1896 bis 1898 erbaut. Das Erd- und erstes Obergeschoss wurde zeitweilig als Filiale des Kaufhauses M. Schneider benutzt. Das Gebäude steht als Reichshof unter Denkmalschutz und wurde 1990/91 durch den Urenkel des Erbauers aufwendig renoviert.
