Summary edit

The Corps of Staff Cadets badge (this image) is in the public domain because the Crown Copyright has expired because the Badge was created more than 50 years ago, prior to 1973, because:

  • The Corps, which is made up of a number of independent infantry Regiments (each with their own history), was formed in 1948 and the current badge (this image with the St. Edwards crown for Queen ERII) was introduced in 1955.[1][2] Jobson, Chritopher.
