English: Rai Pepple Are And Indigenous Ethnic Group of Nepal they inhabited Eastern Part of Nepal Rais are divide into Different sets and sub group they inhabited many hilly regions of Eastern Nepal . Like Solukhambu,Okhaldhunga,Khotang,Bhojpur,Sankhuwasabha,Dhankuta,Udayapur Districts are Traditional Homeland of Different Rai Group But Present Day Rais Are also found other hilly and Tarai regions of Nepal like,Illam,Panchthar,Morang,Jhapa,Sunsari. Significant numbers of Rai Population also found in Indian State of Sikkim,Northen West Bengal Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts.
