Long white 'trumpet' flowers are far up on the tree, and some were on the ground.
See long 'curly' seedpods and pinnately compound leaves.

probably Stereospermum fimbriatum - 'The snake tree'.
Look at the seed capsules - they are really look like a snakes, the bundles of twisted seed pods last on the tree for mounts. Such fruit is called bivalved capsule, and they are dehiscence - means splitting at maturity.
So,more likely it is Radermachera sinica
